Phebe holds Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Geology from Oklahoma State University, graduating in 2000. Mrs. Blaylock started her career with Anadarko Petroleum, working the Hugoton Embayment, offshore GOM Shelf, and exploration in various onshore domestic basins. She then spent seven years working a variety of exploration and development projects in the Permian Basin for EOG Resources. Phebe and her husband Jay Blaylock have two children.
